Fees


  • Registration Fees : ₹ 400 per Team(Maximum 4 participants)

Eligibility Criteria


The contest is open for B.E/B.Tech and Polytechnic level students.

Introduction


Project exhibition is an event where students will get an opportunity to show their engineering skill. The project need not be a giant model but it can be anything which should be working no matter whether big or small.

Task


Mini modelling will not be constrained to a specific stream. Thus, student can select their own topic based on their branches or can be anything. They can also be Google topics which will be a great help to them.

Rules & Regulations


  • All candidates who are interested in participating in the event should fill the online registration form.

  • The details regarding the project (project introductory report, Algorithms, Charts) should be submitted to mauliignite.project@gmail.com.

  • The chart should contain just a simple description about their project. The candidates can take help of the following guidelines to describe their project in the chart.

Genral Guidelines


  • Working diagram/image of the model, which can be hand-drawn or a printed one.

  • Introduction

  • Block diagram

  • Working principle

  • Advantages and disadvantages and future scope

  • Applications

  • Jury decision will be the final decision.

  • All the rights are reserved with IGNITE 2024 event committee.

Notes:


  • The chart will give us an overview of your project, and on the basis of your points in the chart, candidates will be selected.

  • Selected candidates will be informed via SMS or by personal call.

  • All selected participants will get a participation certificate.

  • Selected projects will be displayed by participants.

  • Basic requirement, i.e., electric power supply of 230V AC, will be made available to participants as per the requirement of the project.

  • The facilities regarding the computer will not be provided by the college; participants should bring their own laptop or computer.

  • Participants can contact event coordinators for any queries related to chart preparation or project making.

  • If participants have a hardcopy of their project report, they should follow:
    • Font Style: Times New Roman
    • Font Size: Heading (16 and bold), Subheading (14), and Text (12)
